"Remember you will forget"

There's a little story from my philosophic classes I liked a lot, about Kant and his butler Lampe. They had lived bearing each other for almost a life time, Lampe dealing with Kant's terrible way of life, Kant complaining with Lampe's old soldiers' manners. If i'm not wrong, Kant ended up firing Lampe according to his family's advices. Lampe murdered the young butler that replaced him. But when the old man died, Kant stick up a note on his desk with meaningful words : "Remember to forget Lampe".

I hope my english is clear enough, it's quite late over here. ^^;
While working on this (damn huge) picture, I thought about a lot of things, such as this anecdote, but also my terrors regarding the terrible weight of memory and our way to get with almost anything that might happen to us, even the worst ones. I read some lines of "Caligula", at the beginning of the play, when they talk about death and bereavement.
Also reminded me an old fanfiction I wrote about specters, trapped in their "Samsara" (the title of the fanfiction), always losing and recovering memories, then being swallowed into madness an anonymity.
That's the point with Aiacos here.
What is your felling about the picture, pushing aside what I told you about it ? I'm really curious.

Like the colors and the feathers, although I am confused about its connection with the story, which is also cool. 8D
